DESCRIPTION:So far\, 2026 is a year of continued changes in the Federal workforce\, and one of the hottest topics just got an overhaul: Telework as Reasonable Accommodation. \nOn February 11\, 2026\, the EEOC and OPM issued guidance\, Frequently Asked Questions from the Federal Sector about Telework Accommodations for Disabilities\, and while some of the questions and answers are solidly in line with the past several decades of policy and practice\, there are a few notable changes. \nJoin FELTG for an in-depth discussion about how these changes fit within the context of existing law\, regulation\, and case precedent. Plus\, learn which areas of change may be ripe for legal challenges.
