Webinar — Providing Effective Reasonable Accommodations in 2024
Jul 16 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Course Description

The reasonable accommodation process has always been challenging and full of surprises. The past year alone has seen the introduction of a new reasonable accommodation requirement for pregnant employees and the Supreme Court’s decision changing the undue hardship definition for religious accommodations. Part of the Managing the Federal Workplace in 2024: Dos and Don’ts for Supervisors webinar series, this fast-paced webinar will provide you with the most current legal and practical guidance.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Stay up to date on changing requirements in the reasonable accommodation process.
  • Broaden knowledge of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and how it relates to the Federal workplace.
  • Decipher the new guidelines for employees who request an accommodation for religious purposes.
