This course explains what agencies need to know when they work with employees on reasonable accommodation, including practical applications and best practices. Topics include who qualifies for accommodation, requests for medical information, an determining an employee’s essential functions, revisiting existing accommodations, considerations for telework as accommodation, and much more.
