Ricky Rowe

Ricky Rowe has nearly 40 years of experience in Federal service. He began his career with the Department of Defense before transitioning to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He served numerous roles during his tenure at the VA, including a stint as National Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager, where he provided EEO guidance, advice, and assistance to more than 340,000 VA employees, including senior management officials, mid-level managers, and union partners.
