What types of training does FELTG offer?
FELTG offers four types of training:
Open Enrollment Training: These classes are open to anyone from the public who would like to attend.
Onsite Training: FELTG instructors come to your agency or union on a day and time that’s convenient to you. Registration numbers are generally not limited and training is provided for a per-day flat fee.
Webinar Training: These live, instructor-led training events are open to anyone from the public who would like to attend. Webinars may be attended through internet access on FELTG’s training platform (GoToTraining by Citrix), or may be attended as audio conferences over the telephone.
Webinar Recordings: A number of FELTG webinar recordings are available for purchase on zip drive or DVD in the online store.
How much does FELTG training cost?
Training cost depends on the type of the training and the length of the training session. Each training event page contains program pricing.
How do I register for an open enrollment course? How early should I register?
A registration form is available for download on each event page. Forms are fillable and may be faxed or emailed. For your security, registration forms may not be submitted online. Registration forms must be filled out completely before being submitted.
Because many FELTG programs sell out, we recommend early registration.
How will I know my registration form has been received?
Registration forms will be processed within seven days of receipt, and participants will receive email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation from FELTG within seven days of registration submission YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED. If you submit a registration form to FELTG and do not receive confirmation within seven days please contact us. Registrations confirmed subject to space availability. If a program is sold out registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the order the registrations are received.
Can FELTG save a space for me in a class while I wait for my approval?
FELTG cannot save a seat for an incomplete registration. Classroom space is offered on a first-come basis. Registration forms missing payment information are not sufficient to hold a seat.
Are FELTG’s trainings held in accessible facilities?
All of FELTG’s training classes are held in accessible facilities. Because each facility is different, if you require an accommodation, please contact FELTG at least two weeks prior to the training in order to guarantee the accommodation.
What are the start and end times for FELTG open enrollment trainings?
FELTG open enrollment trainings generally run from 8:30 – 4:00 each day.
What is FELTG’s open enrollment cancellation policy?
No cancellations accepted within 30 days of the training start date. No cancellations on pre-paid registrations. No refunds for no-shows.
What if I’m the site POC but I won’t be at work the day of the webinar? Can I name a substitute?
Substitutions may be made at no cost with advance notice to FELTG. We kindly request 24 hours’ advance notice. No substitutions will be permitted within one hour of the webinar start time.
I telework. Can I register for a webinar at a discount?
Teleworkers may register for $25 per webinar, per teleworker, as an addition to a main site registration. Teleworker registration is subject to space availability.
What are the start and end times for FELTG webinars?
Most FELTG webinars begin at 1:00 p.m. eastern. End times vary depending on webinar length. Check the webinar event page for specific information.
What technical requirements do I need in order to attend a FELTG webinar?

If your agency’s firewall does not allow you to log on via the webinar platform, you may dial in and follow along via telephone.
Can I buy recordings of FELTG’s webinars?
A number of FELTG webinar recordings are available for purchase on DVD or zip drive. See the Webinar Recordings page for a complete list.
What is FELTG’s webinar cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to ten days prior to the webinar only by calling FELTG, 844.283.3584. Cancellations after that time may reschedule to another FELTG webinar for a $25 administrative fee. No cancellations less than 24 hours before the webinar start. Early payment webinar registrations may not be cancelled.
How do I bring a FELTG instructor to my agency or union?
Does FELTG offer CLEs?
Most of FELTG’s open enrollment trainings are pre-approved for CLEs in CA (provider # 16336). We apply for and are generally granted CLE credit in VA for most of our open-enrollment trainings as well.
If you are a member of a state bar other than Virginia or California, you must submit for CLEs on your own but FELTG is happy to support any documentation requests your state may need.
Does FELTG offer HRCI credits?
Yes, FELTG offers general HRCI recertification credits for all open enrollment classes.
What forms of payment can I use to pay for FELTG training?
FELTG accepts MasterCard and Visa, EFT, and certified checks. You may submit an SF-182, purchase order or other funding document with a course registration, and FELTG will invoice Net 30 terms based on the instructions in the document.
Do I have to pay for the training the day I register?
You may request to pay at the time of registration. Payments by credit card information will be processed approximately 2-3 weeks before open enrollment training sessions begin. SF-182 and purchase orders will be invoiced on Net 30 terms after the conclusion of the training.

FELTG does not give refunds once a payment has been processed. Cancellations are accepted prior to 30 days before open enrollment trainings, and prior to ten days before webinar trainings.
