The reasonable accommodation process is full of pitfalls that could land your agency before an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission administrative judge (AJ). The fourth session in FELTG’s annual Reasonable Accommodation webinar series explains in detail when that happens – and you’ll hear it directly from an AJ.
