Course Description
An employee requested telework as a reasonable accommodation. As the employee’s supervisor, you reviewed the request and denied it. Now the employee has claimed discrimination. What do you do now? Ann Boehm will discuss this scenario and several others as she explains the supervisor’s role in the EEO counseling and investigative processes.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Present the agency’s evidence to the counselor and the investigator.
- Develop potential settlement solutions.
- Effectively draft responses to the investigator’s interrogatories.

- How do I receive a group rate discount?
- Group rates are available for agencies registering 10 or more attendees for the full event. Group discounts are available through May 27.
Cancellation and No-show Policy for Registered Participants: Cancellations made after the cancel date on the registration form will not be refunded or given credit toward future courses. Pre-paid training using the “Pay Now” option will not be refunded or given credit toward future courses. No-shows will not be refunded or given credit toward future courses.
